Hasami ware is a type of pottery produced in the vicinity of Hasami-cho, located in the north central part of Nagasaki Prefecture, with a history of over 400 years. My order was delivered to the wrong apartment (found out through the delivery photo) and when I went to check the apartment, 20 minutes after my package was delivered, it was gone. I contacted FedEx, who delivered my package to the wrong address and they basically said they couldn’t do anything about it. When I contacted Musubi Kiln, they told me they would send all my items again. Thank you so so much Musubi Kiln!
