Red Brush Gold Mino Ware Ramen Bowl M
This is a regular sized ramen bowl of Mino ware. The red color painted with a brush and the golden phoenix and pattern on the side are distinctive.
The square spiral pattern on the top of the inside is a traditional Chinese pattern in the shape of lightning, a symbol of the wonders of the natural world. This is one of the patterns often seen in Japanese ramen bowls.
The size is perfect for regular sized Ramen. It can be used for all kinds of noodles, including Udon and Soba.

It is a solid, well balanced piece of ceramic. The painting on it is that of an artist, done by hand. Deep enough to hold a pretty good amount of noodles and toppings. Glad I purchased this.
