Atelier Yu Rabbits In Sunny Spot Kutani Mug

JPY ¥9,000

This Japanese mug cup is from the popular "Sunny Spot" collection by Atelier Yu. It features a drawing of two rabbits snuggled up together in a meadow where butterflies fly.

The contrast of the soft and relaxing drawings of the rabbits and the texture of the traditional stoneware colored in blown and white create a charming and authentic atmosphere. The shape is crafted by potter's wheel and you can feel the warmth and comfort to hold it in your hand.

The rich thickness of the mug helps keep drinks warm, making it ideal during the cold season.

Atelier Yu is known for its delicate handiwork, as you can see the Japanese color paint makes thickness on the colored part by painted with brush.

NOTE:
Due to the characteristics of the kiln, there may be individual differences in glaze hue.

Atelier Rabbits Mug

I received the mugs in yesterday's mail and have yet to use them. However, my initial assessment, upon unboxing, is a very positive one! The mugs look and feel nice. I cannot be more pleased with the quality, design, and construction - exactly what I wanted! They will make a nice complement to my existing tableware!

Cute as a Bunny

I love this mug! I have the "Cows", the " Cats" and the"Mice" - I use them as pen holders, just for decoration and, of course, coffee.
