Ginpo Kikka Banko Donabe Rice Cooker 5 rice cooker cups (5 Gou)
Anyone can easily make delicious rice in just 30 minutes with this Ginpo Kikka Banko Donabe Rice Cooker.
The size is suitable to cook up to 750g: 5 rice cooker cups(5 Gou*). *A Gou is a rice cooker cup, and one Gou is equivalent to 150g. The amount of water used will be 1.1 to 1.2 times the amount of rice.
The double-lid construction eliminates the risk of spillage, and with the simple step of "turn off the heat when you see steam," anyone can easily enjoy freshly cooked, delicious rice.
It can be used with either open flame or electric cooktop.

- Measure the 750g (5 rice cooker cups: 5 Gou)of rice and 900g of water.
- Wash the rice with cold water well, drain in a strainer, and transfer the rice to a clay pot.
- Add 900g of water into the pot and soak the rice for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat over medium to high heat.
- Steam comes out from the hole in the lid when it boils, then turn off the heat.
- Let it steam for about 20 minutes.
