Rinkuro Kiln Old Imari Red Sansui Plate

JPY ¥7,300

This gorgeous Japanese plate in the shape of a chrysanthemum flower is a modern interpretation of the traditional patterns of Old-Imari. A pattern is painted in dark red and gold, with landscape motifs in blue and green.

It is made by Rinkuro Kiln from Hasami ware, which is widely known as a light, durable and easy-to-use tableware among Japanese tableware, and is indispensable stoneware in both restaurants and homes.

The perfect balance of vivid colors, gold and white make it a classy and stunning piece. It is great for complementing your everyday meal, as well as a special gift for someone who loves Japanese arts and crafts.

It is a great size as an extra plate for serving the main dish, side dish or desserts. With this traditional and brilliant look, it is also recommended to use as a Sashimi plate, a Sushi Plate, and a Tempura plate.

*Important Note:
Spots may appear on the gold or silver colored areas.
This is due to the fact that when gold and silver colors are transferred, spots appear where a large amount of glue has adhered, but this is a characteristic of gold and silver transfer.
