Green Ash Glaze Mino Ware Donburi Bowl L
This is a large sized Donburi Bowl with a beautiful green ash glaze. The shape of the bowl and the color of the glaze convey the warmth of the handmade process and the natural texture.
It is suitable for rice bowl recipes using about 1.2 cups (1.2 gou) of rice.
Also suitable for noodles with soup, such as Ramen, Udon, Soba, etc.
Because of its depth, it can be used for larger-than-usual amounts of noodles or a lot of toppings.
It can also be used as a serving bowl for 2-4 people, great for appetizers, salad, and side dishes such as Nimono(simmered food) for about 2 to 4 person.
