Yuzen dyeing is a typical technique for dyeing patterns on Kimono and Obi, and is characterized by the use of a variety of colors as if drawing a picture on the cloth.

For Yuzen, natural motifs are often drawn, and designs such as flowers, birds, wind, moon, and flowers of the four seasons are famous. The basic Yuzen technique is the same, but the atmosphere and the production process differ depending on the production area. The world of Yuzen, where craftsmen draw patterns by hand, is truly unique and special.

Pure silk "Chirimen" is a fabric of excellent quality that is carefully woven one by one using raw silk threads. It has a smooth touch, luster, soft texture, and elegant patterns that only pure silk can provide.

This is a Furoshiki that you could definitely use for formal occasions.
It would convey the thoughts of the person wrapping it with a pattern that matches the occasion.

This comes in a wooden box which makes it a perfect gift.
