MATSUBA Yamanaka Lacquer Japanese Miso Soup Bowl
This Japanese soup bowl is lacquered in glossy black. On the inside of the lid, a pine branch is depicted in gold. Pine is a symbol of hope and good fortune in Japan.
Since lacquer ware is made of wood, it has a low heat tradition rate and keeps warm things as they are. The bowl with a lid is not only beautiful in appearance, but also has the characteristic that the soup does not cool down easily.
Its timeless traditional design is suitable for long-term use, daily use or when entertaining guests. Pair this with other items from our Yamanaka collection to create a traditional and authentic atmosphere for your table setting.
