Rinkuro Kiln was established in 1968 in Hasami Pottery, a pottery production area with 400 years of tradition. It was created with the aim of creating unique style and high quality pottery.

Hasami ware is a pottery ware produced near Hasami Town, located in the north central part of Nagasaki Prefecture, and has a history of over 400 years.
Each pottery has its own characteristics, but Hasami ware is said to have "The beauty of Hasami ware is that it has no characteristics. It is characterized by the use of wood grain patterns to express a natural texture, and is made with great attention to detail.
Since there are no techniques or designs that are instantly recognizable as Hasami ware, Hasami ware takes in the trends of the times and produces a wide variety of products.
