Meticulously hand-painted by the skilled artisan Yamamoto Choza, this stunning piece exemplifies his exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Presented in a paulownia box, this mug makes an ideal gift and is also available in red.

Yamamoto Choza has mastered the exquisite art of sometsuke. He uses brushes of varying thicknesses to create different shades of blue, enhancing the three-dimensional effect. He achieves a artful equilibrium of white space within his intricately woven blue lines.

Myousen Toubou has received widespread acclaim for its exceptional craftsmanship and has been commissioned by the Imperial Household Agency to produce tableware and other items since 1990.
