Le four Kakusho est un four historiquement prestigieux qui servait autrefois la seigneurie du domaine d'Hirado à l'époque d'Edo (1600-1868) . Il a transmis l'art traditionnel de la cuisson. un truc, motifs bleus sur porcelaine blanche, depuis plus de 300 ans.
Leur porcelaine légère et élégante est douce au toucher, avec une nuance de bleu douce et agréable à l'œil.

Artisanat
La céramique de Mikawachi, aussi appelée céramique d'Hirado, est une poterie fabriquée à Sasebo, dans la préfecture de Nagasaki, au Japon.
