Pine Tree Bamboo Plum Natsume Matcha Container

A natsume is a type of container used for holding powdered matcha during tea ceremonies, rather than for long-term storage. Matcha tends to form lumps due to static electricity, and brewing with lumpy powder can result in an unpleasant texture. After sifting, use a tea scoop to gently place the powdered matcha into the natsume, shaping it into a smooth, rounded mound.
