MUSUBI KILN offers safe and reliable international shipping so you can receive your items with peace of mind, wherever you are.

• Carriers: We ship worldwide via FedEx and DHL, drawing on our experience handling a large volume of items each year. Sea freight is also available upon request.
• Coverage: Any accidental damage or loss during shipping is fully covered for shipments arranged by MUSUBI KILN.　
• Domestic delivery: Delivery to designated locations within Japan is also available. Deliveries within Japan are subject to Japan’s 10% consumption tax.

Claims & Returns

Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival.

Claims for Shipping Damage and Defects:

Any claims for damage incurred during shipping must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. Claims regarding initial defects or discrepancies in quantity or specifications must be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges:

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of initial defects. All items must be unused and in resalable condition. Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been fully reviewed and resolved.

• MUSUBI KILN is not liable for delays, fees, or issues arising from customs clearance in the client’s country.
• All bank charges, including intermediary bank fees, are the responsibility of the client.
