These wooden chopsticks are made of natural wood, traditional urushi lacquer, and protective acrylic urethane. The large size and lovely color gradation of the cherry blossoms decorating the handles make this pair of chopsticks hard to miss. The chopsticks are carefully crafted and have a beautiful pentagonal shape clearly defined at the upper part and extending even to the tips.
These wooden chopsticks are easy to hold and pick up food with. Recommended not only for daily use, but also for entertaining guests or as a gift.

Originating in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, Wakasa lacquerware has flourished for over 400 years and today accounts for over 80% of Japan’s lacquerware chopstick production.
