Shipping fees are displayed in your local currency at checkout once you add items to your cart and select your destination. Major regions are shown below; all other countries are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping applies at or above the threshold for each region.

We also offer domestic shipping within Japan.
Carriers
We ship internationally via FedEx and DHL. Damage or loss that occurs during shipping arranged by us is fully covered. Shipments through a carrier or customs broker you arrange yourself are not covered by our compensation policy. Once a package has been successfully delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for any subsequent theft or loss, so please take appropriate measures to secure your package after delivery.

For DHL shipments, delivery preferences can be set via the link provided after the tracking number is issued.
Delivery
- Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation. Back-ordered items may take longer.
- When you order multiple items, we ship them together once all items are ready.
- After dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information, updated each time the status changes.
- A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, your parcel may be held at your local post office.
- Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes.
- Once a shipment leaves Japan, customs clearance is under the jurisdiction of the destination country’s authorities. Delays caused by customs inspection or other government processes are beyond our control and cannot be compensated.
Customs & Import Duties
All orders are treated as imports.
United States, United Kingdom, and Canada — Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Customs duties and import taxes are already included in the price shown at checkout. No additional fees are charged upon delivery.
DDP effective dates (Japan time): United States from August 22, 2025; United Kingdom and Canada from November 6, 2025. Orders placed before these dates followed the prior terms, under which duties and taxes were the customer’s responsibility.
All other countries — Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)
Import duties, taxes, and any handling/brokerage fees charged by your local customs authority are the customer’s responsibility, typically invoiced by the carrier after delivery. Rates and thresholds vary by country and are subject to change, so please confirm the current rules with your local customs authority before ordering. Some examples:
- European Union: Import VAT (the rate varies by member state) applies, and customs duty may apply depending on the order value. See the EU Taxation and Customs Union.
- Australia: GST (10%) applies, and consignments over A$1,000 are assessed for GST and duty at the border. See the Australian Border Force.
- Singapore: GST applies, and consignments over S$400 are assessed at the border. See Singapore Customs.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please always refer to the official customs authority of your destination country.
If the recipient refuses customs procedures or declines to pay the required duties, taxes, or local fees, the order is treated as a cancellation initiated by the recipient. In that case, return shipping, customs handling, and any related charges are deducted from the refund amount. We recommend confirming your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Packing & Damage
Every item is carefully packed to ensure safe, trouble-free delivery. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please email us with a detailed photo within 10 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
