ALART Aluminum ZEN Shippou Pattern Serving Tray
Enjoy the modern and stylish beauty of aluminum combined with the organic feel of wood with this serving tray from ALART. The serving trays from the ZEN series express the beauty of Japanese patterns on the beautiful metallic surface of aluminum.
The tray is approximately 38cm (15in) in length and can be used to elegantly serve confectionaries or small tea cakes at tea parties. It will also work well as a tray to plate sushi or h'orderves at a dinner party. The ends of the tray are crafted in an artful manner with uncoated natural beech wood.
"Shippou" is a pattern in which circles of the same size are overlaid one quarter on top of the other, resulting in a continuous combination of diamond-like patterns and petal-like patterns. This pattern signifies peace, happiness, and prosperity of offspring with its endless chain of circles.
Six round urethane rubbers are attached to the back side of the aluminum tray to prevent slipping, scratches on the table, and for easy handling of the tray.
