TOHKA Brut Champagne Cup
Estimated Shipping Widget will be displayed here!
This elegant champagne cup is crafted using a delicate technique that enhances both the beautiful grain and shape of the wood.
Only highly skilled craftsmen can create TOHKA champagne cups, with stems that are finely and slenderly turned to the utmost limit, and a lip that is polished to a thin, refined edge.
The seamless, durable, glass-thin design is achieved through a processing technique called takidori, which follows the natural growth direction of the wood, ensuring strength and elegance.
Made from Betula grossa, a hardwood known for its high-class quality and excellent workability due to its elasticity, this cup beautifully brings out the mellow aroma and taste of champagne.
All GATOMIKIO products are crafted using the traditional woodturning technique called kijibiki, in which logs are expertly carved into products while rotating on a lathe.
