The size is suitable to cook up to 3 rice cooker cups (3 gou*), which is equivalent to 450 g. *A "gou" is a rice cooker cup, and one Gou is equivalent to 150 g. The amount of water used will be 1.1 to 1.2 times the amount of rice.
The double-lid construction eliminates the risk of spillage, and with the simple step of "turn off the heat when you see steam," anyone can easily enjoy freshly cooked, delicious rice.
It can be used with either an open flame or an electric cooktop.
This stylish design is perfect for entertaining guests by placing it on the table and serving hot rice. Suitable for stewed dishes in addition to cooked rice. Oden, stew, and soup, etc., are less likely to fall apart, and the broth soaks into the ingredients well, giving them more Umami.
