The Gold Moon set features shimmering full moons that float on a cosmic black canvas, radiating a tranquil yet mystical aura. The Pink Moon set is adorned with golden lunar motifs, accentuated by the rare beauty of a reddish-pink moon—a celestial spectacle observed when the Earth casts its shadow in perfect alignment with the moon.

These chopsticks are easy to hold and the tips are finished with a non-slip coating. This item is also dishwasher-safe, offering ease of use without compromising on beauty — a feature sure to be appreciated. And set alongside these chopsticks are Hasami ware chopstick rests in soft colors of pink and yellow.

The pairing of these elegantly crafted chopsticks with Hasami ware chopstick rests make this a set a wonderful gift for lovers of authentic Japanese tableware items.

The Crystal series chopsticks feature the distinctive fude-gaki technique, an inventive brush-painting method developed by master craftsman Matoba Masayoshi of Matsukan. At present, his brush-painting technique flourishes in the hands of the next-generation artisan, Fujii Yuya, producing countless beautiful pieces that captivate.

Matsukan, based in Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, stands as a leading producer of lacquerware chopsticks rooted in the traditional craft of Wakasa lacquerware.
