This furoshiki was designed in collaboration with Paris-based designer Adeline Klam. The compact 50 cm (19.7 in) size is perfect for wrapping small items such as gifts, lunch boxes, or accessories. Made from 100% organic cotton, the fabric is soft to the touch, easy to tie, and machine-washable.

Yamada Sen-i

Yamada Sen-i was founded in 1937 as a Kyoto-based wholesaler of furoshiki, or Japanese wrapping cloths. Today, the company is one among the dwindling numbers of makers specializing in furoshiki. They see it as their duty to share furoshiki with the next generation, viewing this craft as a continuously developing living culture that has and continues to nurture the heart of Japan. Yamada Sen-i both develops new products and restores old designs, bringing this unique Japanese craft to the world.
