Genshu 原酒

Genshu is undiluted sake. It tends toward higher alcohol content and richer body compared to diluted sake.
When ice is added to genshu, the sake softens and opens up as the ice slowly melts. The alcohol gradually drops toward an easier, more approachable sip.
